Description:The Little Book contains 20 versions of the 12 Step program of recovery from alcoholism and addiction. These reflect the widest possible range of philosophical and cultural perspectives. It also contains four interpretations of each of the Steps by well known authors Stephanie Covington (A Woman's Way through the Twelve Steps), Gabor Mate (In the Realm of Hungry Ghosts), Therese Jacobs-Stewart (Mindfulness and the 12 Steps) and Allen Berger (The Therapeutic Value of the 12 Steps). Room and templates have also been created so that the reader can write his or her own personal versions and interpretations of the Steps. An insightful history, 'The Origins of the 12 Steps,' is included at the very end of The Little Book.
